1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website and any enquiry you make through it. They are not the partnership agreement itself: commercial work — listing, selling, storing, shipping and reporting on your products — is carried out under a separate signed agreement between you and Skyera Ltd. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, the signed agreement prevails.
2. What we do
Skyera Ltd provides marketplace services for brands and suppliers: listing and catalogue management, pricing and advertising, logistics and fulfilment coordination, account health and compliance handling, customer service, and reporting across third-party marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, Kaufland, Etsy and Shopify-based stores.
We may act either as a reseller who purchases stock and sells it through our own seller accounts, or as a service provider operating your accounts on your behalf. Which model applies is stated in your agreement.
3. Using this website
- You may view, download and print pages for your own business assessment of our services.
- You may not copy our text, imagery, brand marks or page structure for use in a competing offer, scrape the site, or attempt to interfere with its operation.
- Information here is provided for general guidance. Volumes, revenues and results shown are historic or illustrative and are not a promise of future performance.
4. Enquiries and quotations
Submitting the form on this site is an enquiry, not an order or an offer capable of acceptance. A partnership begins only when both parties sign a written agreement. Any indication of fees, commission, timelines or channel selection given before signature is an estimate based on the information you supplied.
5. Partner obligations
Where we work together, you are responsible for:
- Accurate product data, imagery, safety documentation, certifications and pricing floors.
- Having the right to sell the products and to grant us the licences we need to list and market them.
- Product compliance and labelling in each destination market, and for goods being as described and fit for sale.
- Maintaining agreed stock availability and telling us promptly when a line is discontinued.
6. Marketplace rules
All work is subject to the policies of the marketplaces involved. Those platforms may change their rules, fees, category requirements or listing status at any time, and may suspend or remove listings for reasons outside our control. We will act promptly and in good faith to restore a channel, but we do not guarantee continuous availability of any marketplace.
7. Intellectual property
You keep all rights in your brand, product data and imagery, and grant us a non-exclusive licence to use them for the purpose of listing, marketing and selling your products for the term of the agreement. We keep all rights in our systems, templates, processes, reports and the anything listed brand.
8. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other’s commercial information — pricing, margins, volumes, supplier and customer details — confidential, and use it only to perform the agreement, for three years after it ends.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of anticipated sales, loss of goodwill, marketplace penalties arising from data or products you supplied, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in connection with this website is limited to £100; liability under a signed partnership agreement is limited as set out in that agreement.
10. Data protection
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf, a data processing addendum forms part of the partnership agreement.
11. AI-assisted services
We use AI tools to assist with tasks such as drafting content, pricing, forecasting, monitoring and reporting. Our specialists review customer-facing output before it is published, but AI-assisted work is a tool and not a guarantee of results. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the product data, claims and documentation you supply, and for approving the brand guidelines and pricing limits we work within.
12. Changes
We may update these terms as our services change. The version published here at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the date above shows when it last changed.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
